With this document (the “Policy”) BitCycle LTD, company no. 12522214, with registered office in 5th Fl. North Side, 7/10 Chandos Street, Cavendish Sq., London, UK (“BitCycle”), intends to inform you that your Personal data will not be processed, stored, and communicated to third parties through the functions of the mobile application BitCycle (the “App”).
Therefore, the rules of the Data Protection Act of 2018 (“DPA” or the “Act”) and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR” or the “Regulation”) will in no case be applied.
The term personal data refers to the definition contained in Part 1, Section 3, Subsection (2) of the Act and pursuant to art. 4 paragraph 1 of the Regulation, i.e. “any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference in particular to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more features of his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity” (the “Personal Data”).
